Data retention and removal requests

To request removal of personal information, contact your Advisor or email support@qlinixcapital.com . Removal requests are handled through a manual process. Where information is eligible for removal, we will remove or destroy it within a reasonable period. Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, security, backup, or recordkeeping purposes. Removing information may prevent Qlinix or your Advisor from continuing to provide related services.

Data security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and privacy rights

You may contact your Advisor or support@qlinixcapital.com to request access to, correction of, or removal of personal information. Available rights depend on the circumstances and applicable law. We may verify your identity and authority, request additional information, and limit or deny a request where permitted by law.

Children's privacy

The Portal is intended for business and professional use and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through Portal accounts.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised Policy on the Portal and update its effective date. Your continued use of the Portal after the revised Policy becomes effective constitutes acknowledgement of the updated Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized by Qlinix or the relevant Company to use the Portal. You agree to provide accurate account information, keep it current, maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. You must promptly notify us at support@qlinixcapital.com if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.

You may use the Portal only for lawful business and professional purposes and only within the access granted to your account. You may not:

Your content and responsibilities

You retain your rights in information, records, documents, and other material you submit to the Portal ("Your Content"). You grant Qlinix a limited right to host, process, copy, transmit, and display Your Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and support the Portal.

You are responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of Your Content and for obtaining any permissions required to submit it. You must not submit information that you are not authorized to collect, use, or disclose.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information. By using the Portal, you acknowledge that Policy.

Qlinix property

The Portal, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Qlinix or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Portal under these Terms, no right, title, or interest in the Portal is transferred to you.

Service availability and changes

We may maintain, modify, update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Portal. We may also impose reasonable limits when necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or reliable operation. We do not guarantee that the Portal will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Suspension and termination

Qlinix disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qlinix and its officers, employees, agents, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenues, business opportunities, or goodwill arising from or related to the Portal.

General terms

These Terms and any applicable written agreement between Qlinix and your Company constitute the agreement governing your use of the Portal. If a written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the written agreement controls. If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent; Qlinix may assign these Terms in connection with a reorganization, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
